Shipping & Returns

After you place your order, we take great care in getting your chocolates to their destination in perfect condition. We ship Monday through Thursday in order to avoid any weekend delays. Your order is protected by insulated materials (no styrofoam!) and then sent via Fedex. Our general policy is to not allow the chocolates to travel more than two days to reach their final destination.

We strongly suggest that you have the chocolates delivered to a place of business. That way, we are assured that they will be received and brought in from the elements.

If you live near our stores, we can ship ground (except during the Summer). For the rest of the country, we can ship two day air, with next day air service available (except in Summer when next day air is required to ensure adequate protection).

Post office boxes are not accepted as addresses for Fedex. Apartment buildings and multi-unit dwellings require someone to be home to sign for the package. Please make sure someone will be available to care for the chocolates upon delivery as damage can occur if the chocolates are improperly stored. We are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or packages damaged due to recipients not being home. If a package needs to be re-sent, separate charges will apply.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add $20 to the regular shipping charges. Saturday delivery is available to most locations for an additional charge of $13.

All orders will be shipped the day after they are received over the internet. Or, you can select which day you would like the package delivered, keeping in mind Sundays and Mondays are not available due to weekend layovers.

Gift cards are available so that you can express your sentiments and wishes to the recipients.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the items for a refund or exchange.
