Askinosie Chocolate Bars

Askinosie Chocolate, founded by Shawn Askinosie, is a small batch bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Springfield, Missouri. Askinosie works directly with the farmers who grow the cacao beans used to make its chocolate. It honors the farmers by putting the lead farmer’s photo on the front of each chocolate bar and each package comes with a "Choc-O-Lot Number" that lets you trace.its production history.

Shawn roasts all cocoa beans himself, and Askinosie is the first small batch chocolate maker in the U.S. to press its own cocoa butter. This commitment to quality and artisanship results in chocolate bars that have gained fans across the world.
